Email Subscriptions

The Manager Coach feature lets you analyze your team's activity and assess the performance of individual team members. You can also choose to subscribe to regular updates for any Manager Coach analysis. This makes it super easy to stay on top of your team's performance from day to day and week to week.

When you perform a Manager Coach analysis, you'll see a Subscribe button included in the results. Click on this button to bring up the Add Email Subscription dialog.

From this dialog you can control the schedule of the email subscription with the following options:

  • Frequency: How often should the email notification be sent to you? The options are daily or weekly.
  • Day of Week: This option is only available if you select the weekly frequency. In which case, you can select which day of the week the email report will be sent.
  • Hour of Day: Specifies the time of day when the report will be emailed. You can select any time on the hour within a day.
  • Timezone: Specify your timezone, so that the hour of day setting will apply to your local timezone.

Once you've created an email subscription, a report with the latest data for your team will be emailed to you on the frequency you specified.

You can review all of your existing email subscriptions by clicking the link toward the bottom of the Add Email Subscription dialog, or from the Edit User dialog (accessed from the bottom of the nav bar). From here you can delete any subscriptions you no longer need. Also, the email notification itself will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, which can also be used to delete email subscriptions you no longer need.

Note

When you first create a SalesMagic org, a default email subscription will be configured to send you a summary of all calls made within your org every week.
